Why any person will go to jail for enrolling as a member and that too when he is not the promoter?
Under Section 3 of the said Act, no person shall promote or conduct any money circulation scheme, or enroll as a member to any such scheme, or participate in it otherwise, or receive or remit any money in pursuance of such scheme. So even a person enrolling himself as a member or participating in the scheme is an offender. The prescribed punishment under Section 4 is imprisonment for a term, which may extend to three years, or with fine, which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.

I don’t know you. But I can say you are just blog for reputation. You say that mlm are fraud. But actually mlm with tangible products are legal one. Only money chain is banned. And the other thing if you have money and power you can start a money chain. Just visit tycoonsempire.com. see how they are working…. They are buying money and giving assured return. I am telling about a public ltd company. So money and politics can do anything in India. No one can restrict. We are helpless. Try if you can do anything. The turnover of that company from Kerala itself is more than crores of rupees. And the other thing is that company is situated in tamilnadu where we can do anything for just rs. 10 as bribe.

they are easy ways to earn money indeed but SELLING DREAMS ain't business mates,there's no such remuneration in mlm that could be praised. A person can earn money though,but its just FEASTING ON A CORPSE there are thousands of mlm corps. and they all suck just waste of time and money a person doing or running a company may know it as time goes by that they are fucked up and who are earning money by these plans are chewing bones which contains there own blood and making them happy because the pain does not appear until it will drain all your blood.
